The accommodation, based on 12 people, includes bed linen, bath towels and welcome pack with a few regional products provided; extra duvets, blankets available. (Please bring personal beach towels for outdoor use at the swimming pool or at the lake near the village.) Because the property is large, a two week minimum hire is preferred, as it takes time to settle in and enjoy the property. One week hires accepted. Children welcome with parental supervision. No pets. Smoking permitted outdoors only.

RATES

Seasonal are as shown on the left and range between £1700 per week low season to £2800 per week at high season. Please e.mail your requirements for
a quotation.

PAYMENT

You may pay either by cheque or by bank transfer in accordance with details which we will send you via email:

Payment is accepted in US$, £ sterling and

€ euros.

Low season April -May and September - October (other times negotiable)

Hi season June - July - August (and all major holidays)

We will ask you to complete a booking form (which we will email to you) and to send us 25% of one week's rent (non-
refundable) in order to secure the booking.

The reservation will be held for six days to allow the booking form and cheque to arrive or money transfer to be made to
the bank.

We ask you to pay the balance
not later than four weeks before your arrival date and reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the balance is not paid by this date.

In the event of a last minute booking; payment in full is required immediately and is non-refundable.
